Every PocketPip is tested before it leaves our warehouse, and we genuinely want you to have a great experience. If something goes wrong in transit, here's how we'll make it right.

What's covered

We accept return or replacement requests only for units that arrive damaged or defective on delivery. As PocketPip is a personal-use electrical product, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been delivered.

How to raise a claim

  • Message us on WhatsApp at +91 79 7740 1920 within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
  • Share your order ID.
  • Attach a clear video showing the damage or defect. An unboxing video is ideal, as it helps us resolve your claim faster.

Requests received after the 2-day window, or without video proof of the issue, are unfortunately not eligible. If a manufacturing defect appears after this window, you're still protected — every PocketPip is covered by a 1-year limited warranty under our Warranty & Terms of Service.

How we resolve it

Our team reviews every claim personally and with genuine care — we know how disappointing a damaged delivery is. Once your claim is verified, we will, at our discretion, either send you a free replacement or issue a refund for the order. Replacements are dispatched within 1–2 business days of approval; refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few additional days to reflect.

Our discretion

All returns, replacements, and refunds are approved at PocketPip's sole discretion, based on the proof provided. Claims involving physical damage caused after delivery, misuse, water exposure, or tampering are not covered.
