Shipping & Cancellation

This policy explains how PocketPip orders are shipped across India and how cancellations work. By placing an order on theflyzapper.com, you agree to the terms below.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Mumbai. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India, depending on your pincode. Remote and Northeast pincodes may take a little longer. We'll send order and shipment updates, including tracking details, on WhatsApp and SMS to the phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping fees

A flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies to orders below ₹699. Orders of ₹699 and above ship free anywhere in India.

Cancellation

You may request a cancellation only before your order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 79 7740 1920 with your order ID.

Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders move into processing and packing very quickly, and once an order has been processed or dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. All cancellation requests are reviewed by our team, and approval is at PocketPip's sole discretion. If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be covered by our Returns & Refunds policy instead.

Tracking and delivery issues

If you face any issue with order tracking, a delayed shipment, or delivery, message us on WhatsApp at +91 79 7740 1920 with your order ID. We'll coordinate with our courier partners and do our best to resolve it quickly.

Undelivered orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery), we'll refund the order amount minus the actual shipping cost incurred.
