Warranty & Terms of Service

These Terms of Service, including the Limited Warranty below, govern your use of theflyzapper.com (the "Site") and your purchase of PocketPip products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

PocketPip is an Indian direct-to-consumer brand operating from Mumbai, India. For all queries, reach us on WhatsApp at +91 79 7740 1920.

Eligibility and account

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide (including your shipping address and phone number) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate information provided by you. By placing an order, you consent to receiving order and shipment communications from us via WhatsApp and SMS on the phone number you provide.

Product information

We make every effort to display product details, colours, and specifications accurately. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting and display differences. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing at any time, including after an order is placed.

Safe use of the product

PocketPip is an electric insect zapper and must be used as intended. Do not touch the electric grid when active, do not use the product near flammable liquids, gases, or aerosols, do not immerse it in water, and keep it out of the reach of children. You are solely responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with the instructions provided. PocketPip is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, modification, or negligent handling of the product.

Limited Warranty (1 Year)

Every PocketPip comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering genuine manufacturing defects — including PCB faults, charging issues, and battery issues.

How to file a claim: Message us on WhatsApp at +91 79 7740 1920 with your order ID and a clear video showing the issue. Once our team confirms the issue, you will need to courier the product to our warehouse in Mumbai (address shared on WhatsApp at the time of claim approval).

How we resolve it: We will inspect the unit and repair it where possible. If the unit cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement. We bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you; the cost of couriering the defective unit to our warehouse is borne by the customer.

What's not covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, drops, intentional breakage, water exposure, tampering, unauthorised repair, or use of the product other than as intended. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality are also not covered.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser, against a valid order ID, and is not transferable. All warranty assessments and decisions — including whether a defect is a manufacturing defect, and whether to repair or replace — are made at PocketPip's sole discretion. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices, offers, and bundles may change at any time without notice. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment partners.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or abuse, bulk or reseller orders, or undeliverable addresses. If we cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund any amount paid in full.

Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds

Shipping timelines, customer cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Cancellation policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these Terms. In summary: cancellations are possible only before dispatch and are subject to our approval, and returns are accepted only for units that arrive damaged or defective, reported on WhatsApp with video proof within 2 days of delivery. All such requests are resolved at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the Limited Warranty above, as expressly stated in our Returns & Refunds policy, or as required by applicable law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPip's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and will be addressed, at our discretion, by replacement or refund. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, natural events, or regulatory action).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PocketPip harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

All content on theflyzapper.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and the PocketPip name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use any of it without our prior written permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
